Poonam Rajput is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Aone Outsourcing Solutions. She brings more than 12 years of experience in operations and technology enablement. She closely works with Deepak Rajput in driving and implementing strategic plans and making sure that all the developmental and promotional activities are executed and implemented on time. She is a member of the board of directors. Aside from keeping the workforce in a perpetual state of motivation, drive, and efficiency, she also oversees operational activities, including delivery to clients and keeping the related technologies up and running. She specialises in accounting functions, policymaking, establishing procedures and guidelines, and ensuring proper reporting and compliance.

Deepak Rajput became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aone Outsourcing Solutions in 2016, and in 2019 he also assumed the additional responsibility of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Prior to playing a pivotal role in the growth of Aone Outsourcing Solutions, he worked in many multinational companies as general manager, finance controller, and head of sales. Recognising his abilities and experience, he was nominated to be a member of the Indirect Tax Committee of ICAI for the period of 2012-13. He is also the member of the Board of Directors at Aone Outsourcing Solution

Bhavani Shankar keeps the wheels of our organisation well-oiled and moving. He was promoted to the position of chief growth officer at Aone Outsourcing Solutions in January 2022. He is also a member of the board of directors. He wears multiple hats within the organisation. Most of the transformations at Aone Outsourcing Solutions happen through his efforts. He takes care of commercial operations as well as client relationship management. The entire organization heavily depends on him when it comes to driving strategic development and providing world-class services to our clients across multiple countries through growth-orientated transformations and analytical solutions catered towards serving our clients well.

With her 12 years experience in personal and business taxes, Indu closely works with Bhavani Shankar and Deepak Rajput. She keeps a close watch on the various developments taking place in the field of international taxation and then makes that knowledge and know-how available to our team. Through her deep expertise in cross-border taxation, she helps Aone Outsourcing Solutions take care of the interests of our clients who deal with the issues of cross-border taxation and finance laws.

Michael has 25 years of experience in financing, investment, real estate, and banking. Known for his immense leadership qualities, he has made a name for himself for building successful businesses & high-performance teams, and increasing the overall value of the organization. He advises the CEO & COO on growth and investment strategies, business performance, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation. He also has a strong background in building synergistic partnerships and joint ventures.

Vineet brings an invaluable experience of 6+ years in the fields of public accounting and taxation. He acts as a team leader and a project manager. He is also responsible for training the staff and making sure that their knowledge is up-to-date vis-à-vis accounting and related technologies.

Kalaiselvan is a dynamic, result-orientated, and self-starter professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in human resource operations. Throughout my career, I have excelled in handling general HR and admin functions, demonstrating a strong track record of performance in high-paced organisations. As a branch manager at Aone Outsourcing Solution, I am responsible for directing and managing day-to-day operations of the branch, including service delivery, process optimisation, and quality assurance. Implemented best practices to enhance operational efficiency, maximise productivity, and improve service levels. Industry Experience: 15 years of professional experience in the manufacturing, R&D, and BPO industries.

Bhaskar Mahajan is a senior consultant in assurance, tax, and business advisory. A CA designation with more than 40 years of experience in public practice, Bhaskar is specialised in assurance, taxation and business advisory.

Akash has over 6 years of experience in public accounting and taxation. He oversees and makes sure that our teams perform well in the fields of project management, bookkeeping & communication with the clients and within the teams.

With over 7 years of experience in human resource operations, our HR manager brings strong expertise across the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, HR operations, MIS reporting, grievance handling, and vendor coordination. An MBA in HR from Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad, she has hands-on experience working with various HRMS platforms and recruitment portals.

Magudeswaran is a highly accomplished Deputy Manager with over 14 years of extensive experience in the Knowledge Process Outsourcing industry, specifically in Accounting and Taxation domains. He has successfully managed multifaceted client engagements and led teams in delivering strategic business insights, process enhancements, and quantifiable outcomes. His expertise in aligning operational workflows with corporate objectives has consistently contributed to scalable growth and improved team performance.

Aiswarya serves as the Operations Head for the Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Team based in Coimbatore. With over 9 years of specialized experience in the SMSF domain, she plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, streamlining operational workflows, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards within the financial services sector.
