Poonam Rajput is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Aone Outsourcing Solutions. She brings more than 12 years of experience in operations and technology enablement. She closely works with Deepak Rajput in driving and implementing strategic plans and making sure that all the developmental and promotional activities are executed and implemented on time.,
She is a member of the Board of Directors. Aside from keeping the workforce in a perpetual state of motivation, drive, and efficiency, she also oversees operational activities, including delivery to clients and keeping the related technologies up and running. She specializes in accounting functions, policymaking, establishing procedures and guidelines, and ensuring proper reporting and compliance.
Poonam Rajput has been one of the main driving forces behind the stellar growth of Aone Outsourcing Solutions. She keeps our workforce in a perpetual state of motivation, drive, and efficiency, along with staunchly protecting the people working at the organization through her deep insight into operational functions, leadership qualities and operational excellence. She makes sure that our operations are performance-rich, brimming with innovation, and deliver world-class services to our global clients.
Her family includes Deepak Rajput, her spouse, and Jayash Rajput, her son. Aside from spending quality time with her family, she loves reading books, watching good movies, and going on long drives.

Bhaskar Mahajan with over 40+ years of experience in public practice. After obtaining his CA designation in India he has worked with PWC, auditing various multinational companies in wide varieties of industries. In late eighties he left PWC to start his own practice and in 1991 he immigrated to Canada where he obtained his Canadian CA designation. In Canada he has worked with various accounting firms of all sizes. He has gained experience in auditing/assurances of public and private companies, IPOs, IFRS; and small to mid-size clients covering all types of industries. In 2010 he joined a small accounting firm, Ramsey Mahajan as a managing partner and grew it to a mid-size firm. The firm was providing accounting, assurance and tax Services. He advised and helped clients in complex tax planning and reorganization strategies. He retired in 2023 and settled in India. He joined Aone Outsourcing Solutions in 2025. He is married to Devi. Outside of work he and his wife are globe trotters. He does wildlife and landscape photography.
